Nature

Mosaics

Intention, Presence, Leadership
with Matthew Kessi (kessiworld.com)

We all share a deep connection to nature, but daily life can distract us from its grounding influence. Time in nature fosters self-clarity, helping leaders regulate emotions and make decisions with integrity.

This workshop uses a six-part framework to deepen that connection, with creative arts adding a fun, hands-on approach to practicing self-awareness outdoors.

Healthy Water/ Healthy Life

with Mike Wood

Many enjoy water recreation without considering its health, yet clean water enhances every activity. This workshop teaches participants to assess water quality, identify pollutants, and protect local waterways. Through hands-on activities using scientific tools like clarity tubes and bug nets, we'll analyze water health, compare lake temperatures to historical data, and explore pollution prevention. Participants will leave empowered to advocate for clean water for life.

The Natural
Healing Journey

with Kathy Wright

This workshop introduces holistic health principles and practical techniques for natural well-being. Participants will explore energy work to balance and heal the body, natural healing methods like herbal medicine and homeopathy, and reflexology techniques for stress relief and overall health. They will also learn about the role of nutrition in supporting healing and vitality. Through discussions, hands-on demonstrations, and guided exercises, participants will leave with practical tools to enhance their well-being and integrate holistic wellness into daily life.
