The ChatcoLab Experience is a community based immersive and interactive experience and as such entails group activities in which groups of people actively participate. These experiences are at the heart of our organization’s mission and we strive to make them as inclusive as possible. Part of our mission is to share these experiences with others to promote community good and to grow our participation.
In order to promote the work of ChatcoLab, photographs and video are taken of each event and may be used for future programming or promotional needs.
If you appear in a broadcast, video or group photo, your image and likeness may be used for promotional purposes, but will not be individually identifiable in combination with your Name, Address, or any other personally identifiable information supplied to ChatcoLab by you or through the registration process.
By participating in the ChatcoLab Experience, whether live, in person, or through an online conference, you agree to the use of your image or likeness for future programming and promotional activities.
If you do not agree to the use of your image or likeness, in any way, you may need to reconsider your participation in the full lab experiences. However, if you find that you have a compelling or legal reason to request that your image not be used in any media, please contact us for additional guidelines regarding safely participating in the Lab Experience.

We collect and maintain the personal contact information of every person or entity who submits a contact form through our site and our affiliate sites, used to create the online Lab Experience. Depending upon the specific contact form, this information may include but is not limited to your full name, your first name, your last name, your phone number, your physical address, your email address, any questions you answer as a part of the form submission, any information you provide as a part of the contact form submission. This information, once submitted, becomes proprietary and is not shared with any third party, except as required by law. This information is in addition to and may be connected to any anonymous information that we receive as a visitor to our site. If you do not wish to share personally identifiable information, that can be linked to your anonymous server information, do not submit a Contact Form on this site. If you need to contact us and do not wish to have your contact information retained electronically, please call us instead.
